But I would still say Services sector (specifically IT) is yet to take a big bite from the pie as far as Lean Sigma is concerned, there are very few organizations that has been able to take advantage from Lean Six sigma and GE could be counted as one of those few who has been able to do it. Most of the other organization which are traditionally non IT/sales oriented has not been able to convince or dedicate resources to achieve the real benefits. Everybody gets onboard when an initiative is launched but it soon looses the gas and phases out..</description>
